There were some very engaging projects going on. Interns took on several responsibilities such as model making, designing, 3d modelling, detailing, and even client meeting and site visits which are fun to go to with Fernando himself. The city is beautiful and makes the whole internship worthwhile.

Absolutely terrible office management. It could do a lot better especially with proper facilities and office conditions. Speaking of the office space, it is extremely small, goodluck finding a seat during the day where all the employees are there. It gets crowded and messy often, even the model making space is tiny and doesn't provide you with proper tools, which we were forced to go to the local stationary shop ourselves and buy them. The boss is very friendly, but he can be a bit stressful when deadlines and projects are racking up. Finally, there is no compensation for the work, no payment, not even covered accommodation or visa fees. You're supposed to cover all the expenses on your own. The boss keeps painting the whole internship as an experience, which can get really annoying sometimes.
