Zero support from upper management. Terrible training program. They set up a new store throw you in the deep end with a team that has zero training and leave the next day. Area management was a joke and was less than useless. By the time I left the assistant manager they hired me had been sick 30 times in 5 months. They would not do anything about it as that means they would have to hire a new assistant manager and that was too much effort. From what I understand from talking to other store managers, this seems to be how it goes. Most of the items Menkind sell are terrible quality. Most of the drones we sold came back, they force you to sell broken "refurbished" items they know have problems just at a lower price. Terrible company to work for as a manager, you are expected to clean and cash up at the end of the day for free.
