Good salary. Some nice people in congregation and on staff.
Cons
This used to be a church. Now it is a corporate entity duplicating everything that is dehumanizing about our current culture. John is akin to sociopathic. Many people hurt and pushed out of employment at the last minute due to age discrimination or not being a “favorite”. You are pigeon holed and if you don’t measure up you are sidelined. Do Not Work Here.
