They are very nice and good with training

Sometimes the schedules can be posted late

Really easy to speak to supervisor/upper management. They're really working to make it a place where you can have a good life/work balance and the benefits are pretty good, even if you have a more menial labor job. The Membership is also really nice and treats you well. If you have an issue with a member, the GM wants the reported because they do not want members making the employees life hard.

Can be hard if you have aspirations to grow within. Some areas of the club offer a lot more movement than others.
