Awful management team - nice people, but they don't work well together at all. No communication, zero strategy, all their "innovations" are just copying others out there.
I can't tell you all how nice it felt when I left. My mental health got SO much better. No more painful, short sighted conversations, micromanagement and lack of vision.
Best example of how things work at Menlo, in their "transparent, ask anything" all hands meeting, I asked a question about if they could help at all with the rising costs of inflation for employees, if they'd consider higher cost of living increases this year given how tight it's been. My question was asked in the software, it was up voted by at least 5 people.. and I saw that the admin deleted it. Way to show that "we're a family" Menlo.
I also know of some stories of racist comments made by some groups, and I know that was swept under the rug too.
Just an awful culture. The less you know the better.
