Pros
Gave it two stars instead of one because when I first started working with them you could clearly see their values, it was a fun collaborative team. But things have changed a lot in the last year and a half.
Cons
Horrible upper management causing GREAT people to leave. No organization whatsoever, very toxic work environment that starts from the top. Co-CEOs are pretty much non present. One of them doesn't even reply back to Slack messages, even if they're the one managing you directly. Higher executives are not good leaders. They basically don't practice what they preach and there is absolutely no growth path.
