Mentor has a small team with a positive work culture of doing high-quality work, and having fun while they're doing it. I have a great working relationship with the owners and feel like I'm getting the support I need to build my skills and grow my career.

It's kind of hard to park in Fremont, so I usually come in to work early.

- Incredibly smart, talented employees that believed in sharing knowledge. I learned a lot from them. - Interesting work - Lots of room for professional growth for motivated people. Great place for jacks of all trade. - Cool office space in a great location. Lots of fun events hosted there.

- Work/life balance was a company value on paper, but when push came to shove, the expectation was that employees would work long hours, weekends, etc. to meet delivery deadlines. - These acts of heroism were often thankless. - Too much time invested in winning contracts with small profit margins. These clients did not value our work. - Leadership utilized a predominantly negative feedback model without positive feedback for balance. - Controlling leadership. They held contempt for personal autonomy and punished attempts to flex it.
