Some colleagues were amazing and truly what get you through this place. Other than that it's really not worth working here.

This business isn't good for female workers which is the majority of it's workforce. Male managers/directors make inappropriate comments to certain female employees. They try and be seen to following HR policies but these are just a tick box exercise. I really feel for the people that still work there. And by the sounds of it none of them are happy. Definitely a dictatorship company. If you don't agree you're out, by any means possible. This business has gone downhill over the past few years. Poor management and absolutely no leadership skills. New business ideas not fully thought through therefore have to backtrack constantly. Avoid this place!!

This was a really nice place to work a few years ago, unfortunately same can't be said now

Managers are manipulative and untrained. Everything is a tick box exercise, they don't actually care about your progression. Double standards and don't admit when they're in the wrong.
