Owner is very unprofessional and lacks basic interpersonal skills. Has a very poor attitude on a day to day basis. Excepts his staff to put more hours and work into his company than he is willing to put in himself, to reap less reward with little to no credit given. He constantly demonstrates that he only cares about money, and does not have any genuine care for his customers or employees needs or wants. The work environment often became hostile because of the poor communication skills the owner had with his staff, and unwillingness to listen to their ideas and opinions.
