Shifts can be long, early/late hours, weekends. Scheduling seems rigid, with little flexibility. Some report forced overtime or short notice schedule changes

Good pay , overtime available, fun coworkers.

Bad management, grueling schedules and terrible work life balance. You will spend most of your time at this job understaffed , underpaid for the work you provide . Your hours can switch just a few hours before you start your shift , and you’re expected to just upend your entire life to fit the schedule. Seniority means nothing though they campaign on that . The bid for hours means little to nothing .
