      Flexible working hour (somehow too flexible) Pay is just ok

      Cons

      Only work, no life... During peak season,continuously OT for a month until midnight 3-5am(18+hours per day...) Work on weekend is a norm Small scale, not a big name in the industry If you want to get promoted, need to suck up to the boss...
