Pros

- Talented team members: The team contains some really talented individuals who make the workplace enjoyable and collaborative. - Some interesting projects: While not all projects are consistently engaging, there are projects that offer opportunities for growth and learning. - Insights into a startup ecosystem: The company is part of the AI Campus, which frequently organises events or invites guest speakers with engaging talks.

Cons

- Ineffective management decisions: The recent unexpected and sudden layoffs without proper explanation or consideration for employee well-being demonstrated poor management judgment and a lack of empathy. Additionally, the decision to continue hiring seemed contradictory and increased apprehension. - Lack of leadership transparency: The management's decision-making process appears inconsistent, leading to confusion and frustration among the staff. Decisions are often made without consulting the team, which hinders productivity and dampens morale. - Inconsistent project quality: While there are a couple of interesting projects that allow for skills expansion, many of the projects are also mundane and unexciting. - Overworking culture: Working long hours is a common occurrence, and management does little to nothing to prevent or address this. - Mediocre compensation: While the compensation is acceptable for Berlin standards, it falls short in comparison to other opportunities, making it difficult to justify staying with the company in the long term.

Pros

- if you like a fancy office and free coffee maybe? - nice colleagues

Cons

- Unprofessional leadership - Unhealthy work life balance - Feedback is not taken seriously, always hiding behind excuses - flags being raised about mental health are being ignored - problems with team leads are being ignored even though communicated several times - no protection for employees if problems with team leads or something similar comes up - a lot of fancy buzzwords (personal growth! Female empowerment!) but it all comes down to shallow lip services - a lot of people leaving after a short time because management is so bad. You really don't quite your job, you quit your managers. - management always comes up with good explanations as to why people are leaving and is sugar coating the hell out of it - please don't work here. It's all flashy and fancy but overall just a bad company to work for - a lot more stuff but you can probably figure it out already

Pros

Good office nice coworkers flexible working hours

Cons

- Management completely lacks understanding what employes think and how to handle them - high turnover rate (mostly people leaving after 1-2 years) - management randomly needed to fired employes "to safe money". After 3 months they had to hire new people again.
