Pros
Emphasis on continuous learning is really strong, we’re encouraged to take time to develop our skills and acquire professional certifications. Growing emphasis on DEI initiatives is really encouraging, with a really engaged DEI working group.
Cons
Teams are spread around Europe which makes team building more of a challenge, but there’s lots of remote work arounds for this e.g virtual coffees
