Very stable work, good payment, good work environment, good company philosophy
Cons
As devs we do not interact with infrastructure, so we do not learn so much in our work. Senior devs have todo some "guard"; i.e. Be some kind of tech support 24/7 one or twice a month. Is very hard to claim the corporate ladder, or to increase your salary once in the company.
