Pros
Great people. Don't have to be worried about infrastructure/cloud. You are always working for a product that everybody around your social life knows and you can see the true impact of your good work.
Cons
Not the worst, but yet not good salary comparing with international companies. For Argentina, salary it's even worst than other sites because inflation. Full spanish, no english. Maybe a little of portugues. You would never going to learn important things about cloud, kubernetes, etc. In my experience, there is always changes. I had 4 leaders in one year. Crazy.
