      - Good benefits for employees - Great colleagues and atmosphere - Great perks (corporate jobs only) - Hybrid work mode - Excellent culture and values, great tools to engage with the company

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership skills with some logistics (mexico) leaders inside the company - Not good follow up from HRBP - Lots of stress and low balance work/life - Time goes by in a lot of meetings from start of the day ("juntitis")
