Pros
* Overall the company is great and there's few places this big in LATAM. * You will work with something large and impactful. Lots of money, users and traffic involved in everything you do. * They pay, benefits and bonuses are among the highest on the industry. For leaders and up there's an extra bônus you won't find anywhere else on Brazil. * The site in Osasco is spectacular, full of perks and discounts.
Cons
* It's a big company with several business units, projects and squads. You may not find the same culture everywhere. * The Fury framework works fine, but it may be disappointing. If you want to learn and work with cloud services then this is not a place for you since Fury abstracts (almost) everything. * Clearly there's more managers than necessary. The result is a slow decision making and a lack of autonomy. * The hour estimation is painful and outdated. * Be prepared to deal with lack of autonomy and micromanaging. During the selection process I suggest asking questions about the autonomy you would have (if that's matter to you).
