the cons could be many things for example related to the works other things work condution responsbilitys

It was a very deep and different experience, I used to work with payrolls, and suddenly I came across with an opportunity to work with compliance. It was an amazing and enriching for my career, what I would like to start in the UK.

It took a little bit to me stay used to Compliance, because I was into Payrolls about 5 years, but It was just another challenge that I sucessfully made.
