The potential to make bonus is dependant on your time with the company with those who have experience ranking far higher than those who are new to the industry. You will likely not succeed to a bonus level simply because the tier system used favors those who have been there longer versus those who have not. This is a dis/advantage simply because you can sustain a low hourly wage in this industry for only so long. The hours are standard and flexible but require some Saturday shifts, and the amount of calls made per day is just staggering. Not for those with a faint of heart.
