Cons
Rituals of humiliation from management and a workplace culture based on fear. Poor team collaboration. Excessive ego among leads, which prevents executives and assistants from growing/learning. Unethical research and reporting practices — they often aim to please the client, leading to strong confirmation bias just to sell. Lack of team organization — no daily meetings, no 1-on-1s, and in teams where they exist, they’re not respected. Management is extremely rude, and the leads are also abusive — they project a false sense of support. Micromanagement to the 100000% but at the same time they expect ownership of the problems they don´t want to deal with. Super incoherent. Lack of support — not even Human Resources knows how to deal with the bosses, and any sense of justice goes unnoticed.
