No communication amongst the whole leadership and organization Everyone in the organization is looking for new opportunities because of the dishonesty of leadership The leadership hires and fires the same day. The company is a sinking ship and I am looking to make my transition out before its to late. No one is safe, so many talented employees have been laid off, with no reasoning. Executives does not speak to fulltime employees. The Product Team is confused as to whats going on. People are being promoted because of their looks. The company is no longer diverse as it was prior to A&M taking over.
