Pros
Many individuals are required to wear various hats and take on additional duties outside normal job responsibilities. While this becomes overwelming at times, it provides the opportunity for personal growth and experience.
Cons
Overall, the communication and employee value is poor. Based on the size of the company, there are too many individuals that are dictating orders and not enough acting. Despite recommendations from product specialists, the Sr Management team ingnores the need for product development that allows competitve advancement. The company has been known to lose money year over year. The few individuals that are trying to make a difference aren't enough to support the rest of the company.
