Pros
Great set of people you work with on a daily basis. We're all friends inside and outside of work. Numerous potlucks and food days during the year, massage chairs, pool and ping pong tables in the back office to unwind. Tuesday giveaways, different fun events within the job and outside the workplace for all the employees. $500 referral bonuses and the CEO knows everyone by name and really gets to know everyone personally.
Cons
Low to no raises. People have worked here for years and have been promoted and dont get raises. The company needs to give yearly raises to everyone based on performance. Bonuses would be nice as well. The shifts dont work well with your work/life environment. Long hours with no time for yourself outside of work.
