No plan for employees besides work - Software Engineer Merchstack Employee Review

Merchstack is a great example of how remote work can be effectively managed. The leadership here is competent but also genuinely understanding. I have great satisfaction with the technical challenges I'm faced with. The company offers an unlimited PTO policy, which promotes a healthy work-life balance and shows commitment to the employee's well-being and trust.

Some of the challenges lie in the small team size. Often, the job requires you to handle tasks that fall outside of your core competencies which I thrive on but might not be preferable by all.
