The one and only pro is the hours.

This place is toxic! The woman in HR is so fake it's unbelievable. They will tell your business all through the company. I wouldn't want most of the management and team leads around my pet , much less a human being. It is a horrible place to work as if life isn't tough enough. The team lead in Ricardo picks favorites, which is always young kids. She just brings the whole department down with her attitude.
