Pros
Management very engaged at the start of employment. Half way thorugh my employment, very disconected and no career progression in place. Employees in Europe have better opportunites.
Cons
No flexibitly in working from home. Required in the offoice full time, very old school. Should have more flexibilitity to allow working from home, no opportunity to travel abroad or transfer to sites abraod in Europe.
