Pros

Gain tons of connections in the financial world. Great people to work with. Really easy to commute to, with the subway and Grand Central right there. When you leave, you can leave. You don't have to take work home with you ever. You'll start to learn about what matters in financial recruiting.

Cons

You will have to deal with some angry people who you cold email, angry people who are unqualified for a position, and people who do not believe they are qualified for a position. It also is a genuinely boring job, you're one step above data entry, but you can listen to podcasts if you would like to.

Pros

Associate recruiters - great entry level job, you learn a lot if you really want to. 8:30-5:30 on the dot schedule, you can have your lunch hour whenever you want to, they really notice and compliment good work.

Cons

Culture but the people that work here are great in their own ways so it’s up to you to make your own culture out of it.

Pros

The co-owners are both jokes, so watching them operate always made for a good laugh.

Cons

-Co-founders were dishonest about almost everything imaginable, and would ftrequently steal candidates. -New recruiters stand no chance, and are treated like garbage/made to feel stupid. -One of the owners is an abusive workaholic with zero talent, and the other is a semi-retired nacissist. -Terrible culture— no commrotary/little communication between staff. -Zero professional development -Poor technology, and systems
