I'm fortunate enough that I am in a position that allows me to interact with the Executive team of Mercury and I have never seen a set of leaders more concerned with the welfare of their employees. There is constant discussion about the culture of the company and how they can continue to support the employees. On the sites , the engagement teams and social teams do a great job of making it a fun place to work and what's not to like about working for a high growth company.
Cons
Mercury is a very fast paced company, you have to want to work hard and play hard here.
