Pros
Innovative, collaborative, good benefits including ESPP, holidays and time-off. Company seems to care about it's employees and its future and always asks for feedback through surveys and meetings. It seems to be headed in the right direction.
Cons
Systems need to be updated ASAP, employees work extra hours due to how manual the work is and all the mistakes made due to it being manual. 401k matching could be better. Many seem to be in the same position for years, not sure if they choose it or if it's due to lack of opportunities.
