      Pros

      I've worked at several DoD companies in Huntsville and it's been the best one so far. Things can get busy during crunch time, but overall the projects are manageable, the culture is good, and the work is fun.

      Cons

      There's these very strange "hip" initiatives that marketing and HR take on which feels strange for a defense company. They are trying to make it more modern like a Google, Apple workplace, but it just feels wrong to be honest.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
