      Mercury Systems was a great company to work for with great co-workers to work alongside with. I have nothing but respect for the company and wish them the best in the future.

      Depending on which department you are in you could be over worked.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
