      Pros

      I worked at this facility for 3 years and it ruined my love for nursing and I was so burnt out. Tons of bullying and management was taking sides. Unsafe nurse to patient ratios EVERY shift and management just stayed in their offices.

      Unsafe Bullying Salary is awful and they won’t budge even with experience

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
