Pros

Great team, great nursing staff.

Cons

They amend contract whenever they feel like it to suit their needs. Here's a perfect example: On an arbitrary Tuesday, corporate decide to amend mid-levels contracts to take away PTO from 200hrs to 160 because the company was "losing money". They decided to place this into motion in 2 months, so those with PTO just lost it if they couldn't get their requested days off. No payout. Immediate management is good, anything above that is absent, unresponsive, and hides behind their other managers.

Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

Cons

Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

-Good Manager -departments worked well together

Cons

-poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
