Pros
The company mostly help people in the community who are poor, homeless, uneducated, mentally impaired, or addicted to drugs and alcohol. They offer a wide range of assistance to help people get back on their feet and be healthy.
Cons
The management is unprofessional, setting low standards for the rest of the office. Communication does not exist. Pay rate is awful. Most of the employees (including managers and physicians) are lazy and play on their cell phones most of the shift.
