I am finding it hard to think of any! Perhaps......Nice environment? Everyone was nice to start with? Felt welcomed by most staff.
Cons
No Training provided AT ALL ! It was sink or swim right from the beginning.
I was expected to know things I could not possibly know! You are only as good as the training provided!
