      Merits culture holds true in every aspect. This is a caring, thriving and nurturing company. The leadership within the company is excellent and truly gives the sense of being a part of something greater.

      Pros

      Pay is great and you will receive a place to stay when your away from home, plus food on sites. Trainers are A1.

      Cons

      No benefits, long 12 hour shifts and sometimes you have to stay at the shelter relief base camps. Contract job.
