      Team collaboration between local teams and departments, but also with ancillary providers, clinics, and hospital and post-acute networks. But best of all, we have the greatest team that is the most supportive of each other and our members.

      Cons

      Shrinking provider network making it challenging to provide the excellent care management that we are known for in our area.

      Pros

      At first there was a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. Then they went bankrupt and starting laying people off.

      Cons

      Bankrupt company, no raises, pay is low, upper management does not care about the lower people. We are the first to hear everything and no one bothers to ask the call center our opinions.
