Great place to work, air conditioners

Not so good health ins. Doesn’t match 401 k

The growth potential for me has been tremendous. I get all of the support I need to be successful, raises match my contributions to the organization, and we’re continuing to build systems to make all of our lives easier. The old Meritec’s family environment stayed, but the organization matured beyond a mom and pop shop.

Process of rebuilding systems - it takes time. Heavy pressure to get things done. Work life balance could be improved for specific individuals (not me).
