Pros
Meritize has been an excellent opportunity for my personal and professional growth. I have been challenged, given opportunities to learn new things, and have exposure to the executive team. The opportunity here is what you make it and I feel they will take 'a bet' on people that are able to propose good ideas with intentional though behind them. I feel I have a voice at Meritize and that others want to hear my perspective. Also, the medical insurance is FANTASTIC.
Cons
There is change and ambiguity with a start up environment. If someone doesn't like that, this would be a challenging environment for them.
