Excellent opportunity for my professional and personal growth. I love the everyday challenges (startup), opportunities to learn new skills and grow within any department. Employees have a voice at Meritize and access to the Executive team.
Cons
None at this time, but if you are not able to adapt quickly to changes it will be hard to keep up here. If you see changes as opportunities to grow, it will not be cons but huge pros.
