Cons
1) No systematic meeting distribution, same day meeting fixed from head office tele team and when sales person is going for a meeting they have no idea for whole day schedule. After one meeting certainly manager call and gives you a meeting, u have to travel like south pole to north pole.. 2) You have been promised to give full guidance from manager side, then will tell you no tension for 15 days because you have been given fullfledge training but only after 4 days of trading you have thrown to market alone. No demo meeting or no any manager assistance. 3) You cant call the given leads even the meeting is full of uncertainty you have to go to client place and have mark your location on app and share to manager. 4) manager??? Ohh my god they are arrogant and totally nonsense stupid duffer type.. only he knows how to dominate that's all...
