Unclear about pay to the point that it feels deceptive - Sales Associate/Cashier Merrifield Garden Center Employee Review

Terrible pay rates, poor management, unfair expectations among people being paid the same rate. Cashiers can stand at registers looking at their phones for much of the day while workers in other departments getting paid the same or only slightly more have to work so much they're sweating and covered in dirt. If you're family of the company or friends of the family, you can get away with anything, but anyone else has to follow strict rules. Cliquey.
