      Pros

      The HR department is nice and helpful. The company has decent pay.

      Cons

      The management at Merritt is very poor. They don't have a good training program which can set employees up for failure. The IT department is also a mess. The onboarding process with them took months.

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
