Narcissistic owner and control maniac. The rest doesn't matter.

Pros

Gives you life experience. You can't go worse than this. Your work life can only get better after working at this toxic cesspool of a "language school"

Cons

Where to start? Rotten from the inside out. The management runs it like a cult. So much office politics, toxic work practices, absolute deranged managers, that it will feel unreal that a place like this can exist in modern day society. Saw a newbie teacher so badly bullied by the head teacher that she went mute, refusing to communicate with anyone. Just absolutely avoid this place, unless you are running from a conflict zone. They will break your very spirit. Heard more former teachers are suing the company on harassment and mental trauma. Very well deserved.
