      This Trust does not give one ounce of care for its own staffs mental health. Massively understaffed! A culture of bullying is accepted & ignored! Vile managers allowed to behave anyway they like, pushing good staff to leave! Best thing I ever did was leave! It’s rotten to the core

      Friendly people and very good Managers. Always willing to help.

      Not really any downsides. Maybe a pain working until 8 pm at weekends.

      extremely supportive, very well trained, and make sure you are trained as well. very keen on progressing your career, very safe to raise your voice
