Promotion is challenging, and at senior ranks open to bias. Pay is lower than where it should be after austerity, especially considering the skills and knowledge required and variance of job and responsibility. Poor direction, constant organisational change, no care for colleagues from senior ranks. Primary focus is to save money, not support the workforce.
