      Sometimes the pay is good and sometimes the checks can be decent

      Cons

      They have you running a lot of high traffic areas during peak time which makes for bad travel they have really old trailers and a lot of the penskies that take care of their stuff doesn't take care of it properly they don't really inspect the stuff sometimes your checks will be seven or $800 and there's nothing no one can do about it

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      They will hire anyone and any status(SAP)

      Cons

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
