Perfect amount of steady work in an interesting field. The company allows me to work independently and yet is easy to communicate with and flexible when needed.

Slightly lower rate than what I normally charge as a freelancer, but the steady amount of work makes up for this.

Non management employees are kind.

Need to work a hard 8-5 in the office, if you want to leave even leave 15 minute early for any reason you need to use PTO. Even if you’ve stayed in the office later than your scheduled hours or worked weekends. Mesmo is about themselves and in no way about there employees. I can say so much more…. Just stay away if you want a work life balance of any kind.
