Toxic, no clear goals, no proper documents - Anonymous employee Mesoblast Employee Review

Seniors with an extreme superiority complex & bully juniors/new hires. Company/team has no clear goals. Early mornings, late evenings. You are expected to be available on weekends, including Sundays. Leaders manipulate individuals when we provide improvement plans and/or critiques, leaders do not wish to change negative outdated working methods. Hired solely as headcount instead of individual's expertise. The team never functions as a unit. A lot of times it's a one-man job. Improper and absent documentation/instruction sheets for a biotechnology company. Overall, horrible. As a senior position with SME background in the industry, treated as if I was an entry-level individual. The worst company I've worked for.
