Pros
Many positive reasons for me to skip a position at Google but started with this company to get my feet wet in customer relationship and marketing, An energetic and young group of founders software developers from Stanford University always presented innovative product development directions to customers and the team, with seasoned managers from Silicon Valley, 2 blocks from Cisco and 5 minutes from Google and eBay. After 1.5 years transferred to the marketing team. A very lay-back and diversified company, at the marketing team location there were staff from at least 5 different ethnics and countries worked together smoothly, amazing. Still missing their Monday pizza and Friday team lunch for a while after moved into the city and had to part with the company.
Cons
More guidance might be needed during the first 3 months after I turned full-time there,
